Only in Japan would they be crazy enough to do this.  A J-League team, and one of the most famous in Asia, Gamba Osaka played a game against 100 8-11 year olds.  The commentary may be in Japanese but you can still follow what is going on.  Motty would have a field day trying to commentate on this.  Far to much following the ball for my liking!
